Who We Are
Scott and Penny Nirider worked for many years in the manufacturing and metal fabrication industry before the economy slowed to a snail’s pace in 2009.
Penny had already been laid off from her job and Scott’s company was moving toward total liquidation. They considered their combined experience and what they would have done differently had the companies they worked for been their own.
They prayed through the entire process and overcame many obstacles by daily placing their company “In God’s Hands.” They decided that continually putting things “In God’s Hands” needed to be the highest priority of the business – so they called their company “IGH” Steel Fabrication, Inc.
IGH Model
Scott and Penny decided that their business model would be to offer a fair price, using the best products, while keeping equipment and employee skills current, and making on-time delivery the highest priority – while being the best Christian example they could be.
Their goal is to be a blessing to their employees, customers, vendors and community.
Scott & Penny have two sons, John and Jim who are key to the success of IGH Steel. The Niriders enjoy golf, fishing, and spending time with family.

We Moved
We grew very quickly and moved to a space that had over three times the warehouse and office space.
We Bought The Building
After renting for several years, we were able to invest in ourselves and purchase the building!
COVID-19
IGH takes the health and well-being of our employees seriously so we took and are continuing to take all the extra precautions, provided PPE, and sanitized to help minimize the risk to all.
